We want every brushing session to feel easy for you and comforting for your pet. If Pawshie isn’t the right fit, no worries — you’re covered by our 30-day return promise.

✅ How it Works

• You have 30 days from delivery to return your Pawshie brush.

• The brush should be in its original condition with all parts included.

• Just keep your order number or receipt handy so we can quickly process your return.

🔄 Refunds & Exchanges

• Once we receive your brush and check it in, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Want to exchange instead? Just let us know before sending it back and we’ll reserve a replacement for you.

🚚 Return Shipping

• If your Pawshie arrived damaged or defective, we’ll cover shipping or send you a free replacement.

• For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
